Healing mental health issues takes more than just the mental construct.  Our wellness center's mission is to help clients connect with who they "REALLY ARE"  and live from inside out!  Our clinic helps clients develop a deeper connection to body, heart, spirit, mind and soul.  

Our center's founder, Amber, is both a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Effective Solutions Therapy) and a trained Shamanic Healer (Let it Grow Healing).  Amber has over 23 years of counseling and healing experience, and is gifted in reading energy to get to the core of the issue.  Amber has excellent professional boundaries, yet will relate to you in a genuine and loving way! 

Sometimes being human can be a challenge, whereas we put too much pressure on self.  At Carlston Healing, we are all about being human!  Amber is genuine and non-judgmental in her approach and conveys care through compassion, humor and being human!
